YFS offers individual, couples, child and family therapy on a sliding scale basis. Bilingual (Spanish/English) therapists are available.
TIDES is a Medi-Cal funded school-based counseling program.

Mission Statement
YMCA Youth & Family Services supports and strengthens individual and family life. We treat and prevent child abuse and shelter at-risk adolescents, prevent gang activity and substance abuse, and provide independent living skills training, family life education and counseling.
YFS is the social services department of the YMCA of San Diego County. We reach over 40,000 children, youth, and their families each year.
