For over 30 years, YMCA Youth & Family Services has been providing Counseling Services across San Diego County.
Our therapists help clients face challenges in their lives, which may include marital or child-parent conflicts, anxiety, and depression.
With effective counseling, clients can overcome their problems and develop skills for improving all their relationships.
Counseling Services offers affordable counseling open to all community members, school-based counseling for eligible youth & families, and school-based social services through the following programs:

Mission Statement
YMCA Youth & Family Services supports and strengthens individual and family life. We treat and prevent child abuse and shelter at-risk adolescents, prevent gang activity and substance abuse, and provide independent living skills training, family life education and counseling.

YFS is the social services department of the YMCA of San Diego County. We reach over 40,000 children, youth, and their families each year.
